Together we make big things
Those who long to travel a isolated part of the Himalaya are in for a rare treat as this journey begins in the remote state of Sikkim. The region was closed to foreigners for most of its existence and offers a chance to travel though an unspoiled Buddhist area as you make your way to the world 3rd highest mountain. While most treks to ‘Kanch’ take place on the Nepali side, the India side trek is far off the beaten path, as we wind our way through farming villages eventually leading to the big mountains with views of Everest and Kanchenjunga.
Sikkim, a former independent kingdom until the early 70’s is a rarely travel mountain and Buddhist paradise. This stunning treks leads to Kanchenjunga, the world’s 3rd highest mountain and traverses some remote parts of the Indian Himalaya.
